This release will allow Arrow to function as a basic APRS tracker when paired with APRSDroid.
Arrow will be capable of modifying the following (in-flux) via the KISS interface:
- TX Power
- Data Rate
- Modulation Scheme
- Normal KISS Modem Parameters
